Someone once told me that you can't plan your life. It's true. Song lyrics have been written to this effect. You have so many things going on, and you think you have everything tied up in neat little bow, all nice and proper, looking great from the outside looking in. But then those other things begin to come in and upset the circle, complicating the pattern, snaking their way in, further and further. Such is life. We do our best to keep things tidy, but looking back, we see the real pattern.
