Description

Nisqually Wildlife Refuge in Washington State on a calm day in August. The refuge lies on an old family farm at the southern-most end of Puget Sound. Here, the tide is almost out and the bottom of the salt water basin is being revealed. This view is looking north-northwest toward Anderson Island, with row after row of puffy clouds making their way over the sound.
