A colorful field of sunflowers near Topeka, on a breezy August afternoon. Row upon row of these tall blooms stand to face the sun. Kansas is the sunflower state, and the sunflower even appears on the Kansas state flag. In this field, one could donate a dollar and take a flower. The reference photos revealed quite a crowd wandering through this field.
