Description
So much was pushed aside as we went from the mechanical to the digital. Craft is now in the background, in functions we use but do not see, whereas before, craft was tangible. Artisans are making a comeback, thankfully, but now there also seems to be a growing appreciation for vintage ephemera and all its grungy charm. The textures in Textured Past represent more than just a grouping of objects; it is a construction of sorts, to solidify the many textures of our past.
