Description
A maelstrom is described as restless, disordered, and tumultuous. These elements are caught up in a windstorm of sorts, blown around with other debris and organic matter. While this can be symbolic of many things: life, thoughts, changes, upheaval, or something going on just beneath the surface, sometimes we get so caught up in daily life that we forget to notice all that stuff coming in and out of our lives so quickly. Some of it can be very beautiful indeed.
